Elevate Your Joy
A 4-day, nature-rooted Colorado mountain retreat for women ready to unplug, exhale, and come alive again.
Held in the mountains near Colorado Springs, Elevate Your Joy is my signature immersive retreat for women who have spent years being strong, capable, responsible, and needed, and are now ready to feel deeply connected to their own lives again.
This is not a conference.
It is not a performance space.
It is not four days of being told to try harder.
And it is not a luxury spa experience.
It is rustic, intimate, nature-rooted, and deeply held.
Not posh. Potent.
Elevate Your Joy is a carefully crafted retreat experience designed to help you exhale, reconnect with your body and truth, remember your worth, clarify what matters, and return home with a more joyful relationship to yourself and your life.
Joy is not an afterthought here.
Joy is leadership, vitality, and truth.
Over four days, we explore the Seven Seeds of Joy - Clarity, Worth, Grace, Wonder, Belonging, Expression, and Purpose - through guided teaching, journaling, embodied reflection, nature-based practices, meaningful conversation, laughter, gentle adventure, and honest connection.
You will be invited to listen to your body, mind, heart, and soul.
You will be supported in noticing old patterns of over-functioning, self-abandonment, and waiting for permission.
You will have room to be seen, heard, held, and celebrated - not for what you do for everyone else, but for who you are.
This is a small retreat by design, with only 6 to 8 women, because intimacy matters. Your story matters. The circle matters. The land matters.
This retreat may be for you if:
You are tired of being 'fine' when something in you feels undernourished.
You have built a meaningful life, but still wonder why it does not feel as alive as you hoped it would.
You are craving clarity, peace, connection, and space to hear yourself again.
You want your purpose and your joy to stop competing and start playing on the same team.
You are ready to remember that your needs, desires, dreams, and delight matter too.
You want an experience that is soulful and practical, deep and playful, restorative and real.
You are drawn to nature, simplicity, honest conversation, and the kind of transformation that does not need to be dressed up to be powerful.
What becomes possible:
A clearer sense of what joy actually feels like for you now.
Relief from the guilt of letting your own life matter.
A renewed connection to your worth, voice, body, and inner knowing.
Tools and practices you can return to long after the retreat ends.
A felt experience of belonging with women who understand the weight you have carried.
A personal vision for a more joy-aligned life, rooted in the Seven Seeds of Joy.
Deeper trust in what feels light, expansive, true, and paired with joy.
A return to leadership, service, and purpose that is fueled by vitality instead of depletion.
What the retreat includes:
Big nature in every direction.
Four days and three nights in an intimate mountain retreat setting near Colorado Springs.
Glamping accommodations and shared space in two historic cabins.
All curated workshop materials, journal prompts, teachings, and group facilitation.
Exploration of your Joy Style and the Seven Seeds of Joy.
Transportation to and from a predetermined pickup spot at the bottom of the mountain.
Room and board while we are on the property.
A pre-retreat group call to answer questions, support preparation, and begin building connection.
A post-retreat group call to keep the community alive and support integration back into everyday life.
Additional activities based on the season, weather, and energy of the group. These may include wonder walks on nearby trails, creekside massage, hot tubbing by the creek, outdoor yoga at Garden of the Gods, a joy exploration trip into Manitou Springs, ukulele lessons, art, and ceremonies to release what gets in the way of joy and plant seeds for what comes next.
What to expect: rustic, real, and deeply held
Elevate Your Joy is not a polished resort retreat. It is a simple, beautiful, nature-rooted experience held on mountain land with two historic cabins and glamping tents.
The cabins were built in the early 1900s to support a gold mining operation. They have been lovingly renovated and are warm, meaningful, and full of character - but they are not bougie by any stretch.
Most guests will sleep in glamping tents with 18-inch inflatable mattresses and comfortable bedding. There are some shared indoor sleeping spaces available, but the magic of this retreat is being close to the earth, the trees, the creek, the sky, and one another.
If your ideal retreat requires resort-level amenities, this may not be the right fit. The Broadmoor is nearby and beautiful. This retreat offers a different kind of luxury: mountain air, firelight, honest conversation, simplicity, and a circle where you do not have to perform.
Not posh. Potent.
This retreat may not be for you if:
You need fancy. This retreat is intentionally rustic, simple, and nature-rooted.
Big nature is not your thing. We are surrounded by public lands on all sides, in the middle of a national forest at about 7,400 feet elevation.
You have a significant pet phobia. Grace the Golden Retriever and Percy the Siberian Forest Cat call this home. I keep them in one cabin, but Grace loves people and may want to greet you with enthusiasm.
You need lots of alone time. There are outdoor seating areas for solitude and quiet contemplation, but much of the experience is communal. We share space, meals, thoughts, practices, and stories.
You do not like the idea of glamping. If sleeping in a comfortable outdoor tent sounds like suffering, this may not be your retreat.
You have mobility needs that require accessible buildings or smooth, even surfaces. The cabins are from the pre-ADA era, with stairs, narrow doorways, uneven ground, and gentle hiking at elevation. If that is not safe or comfortable for you, this specific mountain experience may not be the best fit.

The invitation
Elevate Your Joy invites nature to be teacher and healer.
The Seven Seeds of Joy provide the meaningful structure that turns joy from an aspirational idea into a practical, embodied way of life.
You return home feeling more alive, more fulfilled, and more capable of honoring the joy that has been available to you all along.
Because this retreat is intimate and deeply personal, with only 6 to 8 women, we begin with a conversation.
